We bought a cute beetle convertible for our daughter back at Christmas. The car is doing well seven months later. The day after we got it there were issues. However, the dealership said get it fixed and we will reimburse you. Sure enough they did. Turned out to just be some loose spark plugs. He was very nice but I have a hard time trusting a used car dealer. He earned my trust. The car was bought at a fair price, the dealership fee was low, and he is a reputable man. Highly recommend.

I am definitely not the one to write reviews on anything but I just had to for this. Out of all places that I shopped for a car, this place was by far the most relaxed. It was my first car that I’ve ever bought from start to finish. Stan and Devon made it a point not to BS with me. They respected my time and allowed me to think about my decision without any pressure. They didn’t get offended when asking them about my concerns and also asking to get the car inspected by my mechanic. We recently purchased a vehicle from Stan Hall. We were a bit hesitant to purchase from a smaller dealer, but from the first call to ECMC we were delighted. Stan was professional, had a happy demeanor and made its feel like we were old friends. After a short test drive, I heard a small sound I was uncomfortable with. Stan immediately called his mechanic and had it checked out. Because we lived a distance away, he told us to take it to our mechanic and he would take care of it.....and he did. Our personal mechanic told us that he’d never dealt with a car salesman that showed such integrity! We left ECMC, not only with a great little car, but with a friend. We found Stan to be an honest man who keeps his word. That is rare these days! We will not hesitate to buy or sell a vehicle with Stan in the future! This car dealership is a wonderful little gem right in the heart of the Panhandle run by a man who has a heart for others!
